As Düzce Alfa Youth Association, we have successfully completed the traditional Aladağ Plateau Workshop, which we have organized for the 4th time this year in order to contribute to the development of young people and youth workers. The event took place in Bolu's Aladağ Plateau, famous for its natural beauty, with the participation of 30 young people and youth workers.

As part of the workshop, the opportunities offered by the Erasmus+ program were introduced to the participants in detail. Information presentations were made about Erasmus+ projects that enable young people to gain international experience. In addition, interactive sessions were organized on project cycle management, and the processes of writing, implementing and evaluating a successful project were conveyed to the participants.

Another important topic of the workshop was cooperation opportunities. Discussions were held on how youth workers and young people can establish effective cooperation at national and international levels. During these discussions, the importance of sustainable cooperation between different institutions was emphasized and concrete steps were aimed to be taken.

Thanks to this workshop held in an environment surrounded by nature, the participants both reinforced their theoretical knowledge and were inspired to develop new projects. The workshops and group activities held throughout the workshop also improved the creative thinking and problem-solving skills of the participants.

The workshop was not limited to project-focused sessions; it was also enlivened with various games that provided enjoyable and fun moments for the participants. After the intensive training programs of the workshop, the participants had the opportunity to relax and socialize with fun group games in nature.

These games were designed to develop cooperation, team spirit and communication skills among young people. With activities such as nature walks, creative problem-solving games and vampire villager games, participants both bonded with each other and had the opportunity to relieve stress.

These fun activities further enlivened the atmosphere of the workshop and strengthened the bonds that the participants established with each other. In addition to the training and information sessions, the workshop supported by such games offered a holistic experience that allowed the young people to both learn and have fun.

As Düzce Alfa Youth Association, we will continue to organize similar events to support the personal and professional development of young people. This workshop has been an important step in strengthening the hopes of young people for their future and increasing their knowledge and skills. We will continue to support young people with such workshops in the coming years.
